The International Conference of Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering is an event dating back to 1995. Those attending usually belong to the fields of geotechnics, soil mechanics and soil dynamics, engineering seismology, earthquake geotechnical engineering, as well as geology and seismology. In ICEGE conference approximately 500 participants are expected to arrive from all over the world in order to attend it.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

All relevant companies, associations or institutions are invited to promote their products, activities and services through the 4th International Conference on Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering, through a variety of sponsorships:

A TRADE-EXHIBITION where companies, associations or institutions will have the opportunity to present and promote their products and activities. The exhibition will be arranged so as to be located in vital meeting and crossing points for all congress’s delegates. Poster presentation as well as coffee breaks will take place in the same area.

Advertisement ON PRINTED OR ELECTRONIC MATERIAL. Different advertising options will be available in different materials, such as the volume with the invited keynote lectures, CD with full paper, hard copy volume with the abstracts and conference program.

Advertisement in the CONGRESS’ WEBSITE. There will be a reference to all sponsors in the Congress’s official web site. Additionally, prominent appearance and position in the Congress’s website will be given to sponsors requesting an advertising entry in this form.

Sponsorship of SPECIFIC SCIENTIFIC EVENTS, such as workshops etc. The sponsor’s logo and info will have a prominent presence in the room in which the event will take place, in the form of a banner, a video projection or distribution of brochures. Additionally, reference to the sponsorship will appear in the general printed material of the Congress (ex. Conference program, abstract volume)

Sponsorship of VARIOUS SOCIAL EVENTS (opening ceremony, gala dinner, etc.) The sponsor’s logo will appear on invitations, menus, banner (where the event will take place) as well as a reference of the sponsorship in the general printed material of the Congress (ex. Conference program, abstract volume)

Sponsorship of the COFFEE OR LUNCH BREAKS served during the Congress. Coffee and lunch coupons that will be distributed to all delegates will include the sponsor’s logo. There is also a possibility for sponsor’s logo to appear in the form of a banner located in the space where coffee and lunch breaks will take place.

Sponsorship and advertisement on the DELEGATES BAG. The logo of the relevant sponsor will appear on the bag.

Please be advised that all sponsorships are subject to the review of the International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering and academic ethical principles.
